What if I want to leave?

You take your data the same ways: list exports and the interface with your own key. The installation is yours alone, so leaving affects nobody else.

How long does migration take?

It depends on where the data comes from and how much of it there is. We go through the scope and the timing at the meeting, so you know what you are getting into.

Can I run several storefronts?

Yes, we put no ceiling on the number of stores and the monthly price does not change with it. The only one-time charge is the implementation of a new store, its design and go-live; the first one is included once the contract is signed. Every store has its own address and design. It can share the catalogue and stock with the others, or keep its own.

What if I need a feature you do not have?

We build it for you. The scope and the price are agreed up front, and the finished feature stays part of your installation.

Do I need my own contracts with carriers and gateways?

Yes. Carriers, the payment gateway, the mail sender and the AI provider run on your own accounts and contracts. You enter the credentials in the admin and they stay yours alone.

We arrange a trial installation at the meeting. You get the full admin with practice data, so you can try everything at your own pace.

When is Enterprise for me?

When the platform should not run with us but on your own hardware or in your infrastructure, or when you need integration with internal systems and contractual terms of operation. The price is individual.
